The Fa'afafine in Samoa used to be a respectable third gender group, an important part of the society, most of whom were heterosexuals. By westernizing them and homosexualizing them, the western Forces of Heterosexualization have made them into a vulgar and comedic group. So sad, what Christianity and Western society can do to people.
If the society gives a healthy space to the third gender they will live as good, positive people. If the society denies them that and only gives them a negative, vulgar, anti-social space, they will live like that.
